Try to clear Cache, using Google Domain Name System is 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4, using proxy or web proxy, if none of those ways work, then it may be your Internet Service Provider for some kind of restrictions or so...

I also asking Neko to see what is the point of this problem and solutions, be patient ^_^
